Quiet, Thoughtful HVAC Design & Clean Air for Hidden Hills Homes.

In Hidden Hills, outdoor living spaces, equestrian trails, guest houses, and sprawling single-story and two-story floor plans call for heating and cooling that is never heard from the patio—and indoor air that stays clean through West Valley heat waves and brushfire smoke.

Designed for Hidden Hills Homes

Built for Hidden Hills Lots, Heat Waves & Quiet Outdoor Living

Whether you are updating equipment on an existing Hidden Hills property, adding a guest house or gym, or building a new custom residence, we focus on quiet operation and even comfort.

Summer Highs 108°–118°F

Hidden Hills sits at the warm western edge of the Valley where summer heat waves routinely push well past 105°F.

Outdoor Living Low Sound

Condensers placed carelessly near loggias, pools, or bridle trails spoil quiet evenings—we site and buffer outdoor units for silence.

Dust & Smoke Hospital-Grade

Equestrian trail dust and seasonal canyon smoke are captured by deep-pleat hospital-grade and carbon filtration.

Whole Property One Screen

Manage your main residence, guest house, gym, or barn office from Daikin smart touchscreens and one mobile app.

01 · Long Floor Plans

Even Temperatures Across Sprawling Ranch & Two-Story Layouts

Long ranch wings and vaulted ceilings in Hidden Hills often suffer from weak airflow at the far bedrooms when served by a single oversized air handler. We design zoned, right-sized systems with hand-built sheet-metal plenums so every bedroom, office, and great room gets quiet, balanced airflow.

Common Hidden Hills issue: Long, leaky flex-duct runs across hot attics that lose cooling before the air ever reaches the primary suite.

How we solve it: Multiple variable-speed zones, insulated sheet-metal transitions, and room-by-room Daikin smart touchscreen controls.

02 · Quiet Patios & Trails

Outdoor Equipment Placed Away from Patios, Pools & Bridle Trails

Nobody wants to hear a loud compressor kick on while sitting outside by the pool or riding past on the trail. We use variable-speed Daikin inverter condensers that ramp smoothly and locate them in shaded, acoustically buffered utility areas.

Common Hidden Hills issue: Loud single-stage outdoor units placed right outside bedroom windows or outdoor dining areas.

How we solve it: Shaded, vibration-isolated inverter equipment that runs quietly even on 112°F afternoons.

03 · Dust & Smoke Protection

Automatic Wildfire-Smoke Shutoff & Trail-Dust Filtration

Between dry summer trail dust and seasonal brushfire smoke in the surrounding hills, indoor air quality matters every day. Our fresh-air system brings in filtered outdoor air daily and automatically closes when outdoor smoke spikes, scrubbing indoor air through deep-pleat hospital-grade air filters, carbon odor filtration, and UV air purification.

Common Hidden Hills issue: Fine dust on furniture every week and smoky indoor air whenever a brushfire starts nearby.

How we solve it: Hospital-grade filtration every day and automatic fresh-air intake shutoff during smoke events.

04 · Gate-Ready Care

Respectful Service & 24/7 Remote Monitoring Across Every Structure

We coordinate gate access smoothly, wear shoe covers, protect floors, and watch your main house, guest house, and specialty rooms 24/7 from our remote monitoring dashboard so we can catch small issues before they interrupt your week.

Common Hidden Hills issue: Juggling different technicians for the main house, guest house, and wine room after something breaks.

How we solve it: One trusted team with 24/7 remote monitoring (Year 1 included on new installs; $69/mo White Glove add-on).

Hidden Hills Homeowner & Builder Questions

Common HVAC Questions in Hidden Hills

Straight answers on fixing hot and cold rooms, replacing older systems, keeping wildfire smoke out, and maintaining your equipment year-round.

Can you tie our main house, guest house, and home gym into one easy-to-use control system?

Yes. Using Daikin smart touchscreen controls and the Daikin mobile app, you can see and adjust temperatures and indoor air quality across your main home, guest house, gym, or office from one place.

How do you cut down on fine outdoor dust inside Hidden Hills homes?

We seal leaky return ductwork in the attic (which often pulls dusty attic air into the house), maintain slight positive indoor pressure with filtered fresh air, and use deep-pleat hospital-grade air filters.

We just want to fix a noisy or uneven system in part of our home—do we have to replace everything?

Not at all. We routinely fix comfort issues in a single wing, primary suite, or guest house, or replace one aging unit at a time with a clear, honest plan.

How do you handle gate access and privacy for Hidden Hills homeowners?

Your appointments are scheduled in advance with our office, our uniformed technicians arrive in clearly marked Rea's vehicles (or unmarked upon request), and 24/7 remote monitoring reduces unnecessary diagnostic visits.
